However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

Follow the steps at How to Request a Refund for a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of date of purchase. We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please include your order number so we can issue a refund as soon as possible.

Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But Stripe or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.


How do I get a refund?

Bought a product but no longer want it? Product taking too long to arrive? Never arrived at all? Wrong product arrived?  We encourage you to reach out directly to us at, but you can also contact  PayPal. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account
  2. Click Activity
  3. Click the payment you want a refund for
  4. Click “Report a problem”
  5. Follow the prompts from there

If you did not sign in to a PayPal account when making the purchase, give them a call at 1 (888) 221-1161. They have a voice-prompt system which can be frustrating, so just say “Operator” to talk to a real person.



If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to your debit card or credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal account.
